Our product support team is extensively trained in all aspects of repair and maintenance of FEIL machinery and equipment. Our staff and field agents across all branches have access to reliable 4WD vehicles as well as a light aircraft in order to safely and quickly transport staff and spare parts to our clients, wherever you may be based.
For effective generator maintenance, FEIL field technicians will visit GRID connected sites twice a month, and three times per month on sites where generators run 24/7. Preventative maintenance is carried out according to manufacturers’ guidelines using manufacturers’ own products. Generator service activity will be conducted every 250 hours +/- 25 hours, keeping service records on site premises for audit purposes.
With a fleet of over 200 high capacity tractors, FEIL provides land preparation and agricultural services for individual farmers as well as the corporate and government sectors. Tractors and accompanying attachments, including ploughs, harvesters and planters, are furthermore available for hire for individuals and small scale farmers on a ‘per acreage’ charge basis.
It is inevitable that complex machinery such as farming, construction, and earth moving equipment experiences faults. What is key to the running of your business is how quickly you can get the problem solved to run your operation at maximum capacity. When FEIL products are in need of machine refurbishment or repair, our highly trained field personnel will strive to solve the problem in the field. If major service or equipment repair is required, machinery is recalled to the nearest FEIL workshop where it will be attended to as a matter of the uttermost urgency.
FEIL’s fleet of over 50 heavy machinery includes bulldozers, motor graders, excavators, wheel loaders, vibrating rollers, and backhoes from top of the range brands such as Caterpillar, JCB, Hyundai, Chang Gong, Rok and Simba. Machines are hired out on a daily or monthly basis according to clients’ requirements, in locations throughout East Africa.
